/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

/oji/, I need your help.
I'm planning to start VTubing as a hobby, and I have an idea for a character, who should be a 35 years old ikeoji. Have a reference I drew myself (took forever, I'm not good at drawing). I really want to commission a good artist for the final design. I do have the budget and absolutely want to achieve results I'm satisfied with, no matter the cost. Any good ikeoji character design artists you can recommend?
I speak Japanese and I have already contacted my top picks:

>Enami Katsumi
but they are all very busy and are not taking commissions.
Thinking about contacting Hyoco Road next: I love the guy's style, but I'm a little worried he might come out with something a little "too cartoonish / deformed" for this design. Either it will be an absolutely amazing design, or something a bit too weird. 5igman could also be a good pick, but I find it could be a risky choice as well.
If you have any other suggestions, I'll definitely take them, thanks in advance.
