Not really. If they use Covers materials they can get in deep shit for distributing them since they come with a license attached when you download them. TaraTarako's models are built from scratch.

When the models got released I fucked around with PMX editor but only managed to do some head transplants. So my knees were obliterated when I saw this. I love this outfit so fucking much.
