If you're using your chuubanite to then affect others in a massive way, you should be able to explain it. If your chuubanite's affects are local, you're pretty much free to do and use it however you like. Like the Candy Kingdom.
If someone ever has a genuine ask or question as to how your chuubanite is balanced, then you can just ask them how it could be balanced if you don't know much, the entire point of such a detailed system is so that other people can explain where you might not be able to. BAAAAAKA.

MonHun, or Monster Hunting, is a sacred lunaito practice that spans across national borders and is one of the most blessed and honored of luknight traditions. The MonHun is generally called after reports of a creature or beast who has grown to be a threat to the livelihood of the citizens of its nation, these beasts are sometimes native species which have gone under some change which drastically increased their size (usually due to consumption of chuubanite or chuubanite affected plants) or invasive species yet undiscovered which prey upon the civilian population, either way, the MonHun will usually consists of a population of valiant luknights and one or more gargantuan monsters.
MonHun is a uniquely special tradition as more than one Hime Vessel has participated in these hunts, guarded ferociously by the most skilled and honored lunaitos in the land. The weapon choice of a Hime Vessel during the MonHun will usually dictate the martial fashion of the next century along with the weapon wielded by whichever lunaito dealt the finishing blow. Lusquires that prove themselves competent during a MonHun can return to their families as luknights and in the rare case that a lusquire deals the finishing blow during a MonHun, they are said to be blessed with good fortune and destined for a legacy of greatness.
MonHunts can often cross borders and the inhabitants of other nations are usually invited to participate with lunaitos when tracking down and cornering monsters, creating sound and peaceful relations between nations that cooperate. There have been some cases of a MonHun crossing the borders of an unaware nation and the large force of well armed lunaitos which follow the tracks of a monster being viewed as an impromptu invading force, causing general tension which is only increased by the devastation wreaked by the monster in question.
It is said that before a MonHun begins, a feast of dango is enjoyed between the hunting party where they sing together in joyous merriment. While the dango feast is viewed warmly by lunaitos, foreigners often find themselves put off or unnerved by the strangely pitch perfect nature of their harmonious singing, "It was as if, for about 40 or so seconds, that the 0 year old princess herself sung with the voice of a hundred.
