kek, Niji didn't let anything. It was not exactly a proto VTA as >>53266196 mentioned, it was more of a proto Mythic called Nijisanji Network, where they would allow you to associate with their brand in return for whatever the fuck they were asking (I assume a cut, given how they operate today).
