The first, UW100MKII is an "Audiophile" IEM that is wireless earbuds, that is yet another OEM rebrand with a fancy charging box.
Don't fall for it.
Buy actual good wired IEM (there are cheap brands that is good enough like KZ or Truthear) and plug it into a FiiO BTR DAC with bluetooth if you want wireless.
Noise cancelling is a meme from my experience unless it's one of three brands: Bose, Sony and Jabra.

Can't say about Pathfinder, but I guess it's one of those enthusiast grade audio that I never got into.

Just get a good headphone. For home use alone at home, get an open headphone. Home use and with noisy neighbors, or you love to discord and chat on mic, get a closed headphones. Check /g/ for /hpg/ thread, they have a quick guide for audiophiles. It's definitely worth it to drop that cheap supermarket audio, it's like moving from 480p to 1080p. Take a look at Superlux, it's essentially chink copy of popular headphone with similar sound, but very bad egronomics at a very cheap price. Otherwise you won't go wrong with Grado (Open) or Sennheisers, Shure, or Philips (Closed).
