The only way that would result in her boobs would end up forcing *up* against her shirt in the opposite direction of her face would be if they were filled with an incompressible gas, with the pressure of her arm forcing the fast to fill a smaller volume, increasing the surface tension of the container.

Boobs are not filled with gas, they're compressible and, for boobs of that size, unless they're filled with 1000cc of silicone, they'll follow the gravity lines regardless of any force applied on them.
Artists would REALLY benefit from looking at more live models. The internet is FULL of them, mostly for free and in Japan they can even hire chicks to pose for them for cheap.
