I have some Bolivian people I happen to come across for business and other stuff, from what I can gather the culture about social trends and foreign music is not as expanded in there as it is for other countries, very few people use twitter and like the SEA people they still stick around with Facebook as their main source for news for example.

Not many people in there are wealthy enough to own apple products or to subscribe to any kind of media streaming services either, so it's quite common on that regard that the Itunes ranking could change sporadically.
