Why not use up the image slots with actual posts with discussion of streams attached? Spam is spam. Hell, dox stuff is easier to filter than image spam since there are a smaller pool of images. And a couple ironic fans of a Holo jerking themselves off ITT doesn't exactly qualify as discussion.

I would argue that some companies in /nsafaqg/ that are run by hoomans would gain more trust not least due to shared religion but also historical factors. I can see some lore potential of Hoomans deliberately trade with /who/ during the founding war despite the risk, and they were thus given more trust and some leeway. Although the protectionist policies would still apply. The positive view, shared religion and being relatively risk free just means that they will have an easier time striking a deal with the Department of Economics.

I know, which is why I posted the outline first. It's based on that last note I posted.

A large part of that is because I my own formulation, the Republic probably sees access to the sea and thus trade more important. The East would have been more heavily fortified after the first few decades of difficulties. They need a way to procure more manpower and economic resources in order to prosecute a war in the East. The flatter terrain and relative lack of calvary by the Enemy in the West combined with a more developed infrastructure would lead the Republic to pacify the West first. The next comes the South East, where it produces horses and have a natural barrier that makes it more defensible. After both are acquired and stabilized only then Republic would plan a Northern Expedition and eradicate the Schizo puppet states in the East.

I know. I wouldn't have bothered to pull out the random name generator if not for the fact that conlang anon is working on our conlang. it's just as a reminder that it needs a name. All [placeholders] are intended to be replaced. Though I can take it out if it is confusing.
