Married vtubers exist but I don't know of any where both people appear on stream together. Giri's probably the closest where Onibro is essentially her mascot and handles the tech side of her streams. Rosedoodle's also married and I don't watch her a lot but I don't recall her husband playing much of a role at all in her streams.
