Dunno but modern games nowadays can eat up that much RAM, a web browser alone can take up I think 3 or 4Go if you have a good number of tabs. I don't know much about OBS but I imagine it's taxing on the CPU.

tl;dr I think it's fine if you play non-demanding games.
