Ponytails aren't an issue.
For a very rough idea NAI needs the character to have had at least 1000 pictures on Danbooru at the time they created the dataset.

Matsuri could use an embed. Models other than NAI are a lost cause and even on NAI SFW it feels very "Matsuri at home".
