When it becomes a job, it becomes a job. I'm not saying they'll hate it or anything. But there is a difference between "Well I have to pump something today" and "I loved this moment so much I'm going to put the effort to clip it.". It becomes especially harmful if the stream was dull, so the highlight is dull, which degrades the quality of the compilation as a whole.
