I'm an ID fan and I'm not embarassed by this, why would I?
I've been living in Indonesia and went through the early 2000s when Indonesia was the pariah of the world on the worse level than current Russia. Most of Indonesian here are too young to remember anything back then, and they will feel embarassed by this kind of shitposts.
But me? This petty thing is nothing compared to my embarassment 20 years ago of being born as Indonesian.
I am very proud now of my country, got out of the gutter and going in the right direction to be the next major global player. Just a few retarded post made by my fellow countrymen won't make me feel embarassed. The rise of ID vtubers is just a glimpse of what's going to happen in a bigger picture.
