Hey kiki, I didn't want to make a fucking twitlonger for this so I'll do it here.
For streaming it's better if you have more available resources that being ram and CPU cores, right now Ryzen is the better option for those things since they use really fast ram and have many cores, if you get a Ryzen a Ryzen 7 5800x should be at similar price point but it will not act as a room heater (the best option is getting a Ryzen 9 5900x but that one might go over budget)
Now for ram you want to get something with high MHz but low CL, and you need to have at minimum 16Gb of ram but for the best performance 32gb is the sweet spot price to performance (going 64gb is going to make streaming smoother but is not enough to justify the cost)
I don't see the case listed so I will just recommend that you use one that has mesh in the front instead of a solid panel so your components don't over heat, and you will have to clean your PC every 6 months since dust and pet hair can get inside and affect performance and can kill you system.
If you can get the arctic liquid cooler ii 360 I would strongly recommend it since it's the best water cooler in the market right now, and some chips (specially Intel) heat up like nobodies business, I hope that help you kiki
