It's primarily an action game, and the detective elements are very easy and able to be brute-forced. There is a hidden cat to find in every crime scene you investigate. She will love it.

It's set in the Yakuza universe but without the lore backlog of the main series. People think Yakuza 0 is a lore-free starting point, but they miss out on tons of subtle connections and don't appreciate the full depth of the story. Judgement is made to be a first impression.
