the problem with Selen is what they consider her rank to be
she will be considered master at minimum
Unless they give some special treatment or the system change, Selen will never participate
A team points is 18 max and 14 minimum
for example on a logical scenario since Kotoka came around
She is extroverted, plays the game and probably can be considered Plat4 for the minimum points
you can imagine her making friends with a captain and inviting herself to be part of the team
now lets say she wants Selen to be part of her team... for them to fit the 18pts criteria the imaginary team captain in question needs to be diamond3 of lower
So even if this scenario makes sense because of Kotoka, the chance of that happening is extremely slim
