They'll nitpick about everything possible, the graphics, the cut scenes, the music, the gameplay, the script, the voice acting you name it, they'll say it's worse.
The real reason is Twin Snakes is still exclusive to Nintendo so they'll never get to play it.
But what really pisses them off is that Twin Snakes is the canon version.
