My understanding is that the actual reason Haewon got fired was because she found out that S-Train, a former Tsunderia staff member who got """fired""" for being a groomer piece of shit, was brought back into the company as an investor and probably also as Manager B, which would explain why he was apparently in charge of talents according to her. This lines up with what Ember was implying about S-Train not actually being gone, and probably finally offers an explanation for Slugma's mysterious tweet about having to talk to lawyers because of Tsunderia.
