>She adopted Beastie pretty early on, had the cat for 5 months and got really attached to her

>a month and a half ago, Bae found her cat Beastie's mum and her (Bae's) parents fell in love with her at first sight and decided to adopt her
>She had litters as a stray so they took all the kittens in as well, rratfam's initial plan was to adopt 1 of the kittens along with the mum themselves and put up the others for adoption
>Bae decided to name the mum "Ame" because she found her and the kittens in heavily rainy circumstances, she nested Ame in her other shower, the one she doesn't use
>Took care of the mum and her kittens every day for the past 3 weeks and was having a great and wholesome time with the cats
>One day (18th of March) she notices her kittens tails are turning black and necrotyzing
>She cancels the stream that day and brings them to the vet, they have no idea wtf it is
>They suspect it's a rare genetic disease where the blood cells of the mother's blood in its milk causes a reaction in the babies when they drink
>This revelation was very hard for her to accept, the doctor told her to seperate the babies and the mum immediately and that the kittens will have to be hand reared which is unrealistic for 2 week old kittens that require a lot of time and commitment
>Bae was confused on what to do but eventually she decided to give them up for adoption
>Bae drives all over the place, frantically searching for different shelters and hospitals only to be turned away. She had a box of little kitties and didn't know what do do.
>She finally finds one animal hospital willing to take them in and try and help them, the hospital agreed to take responsibility of the kittens under the condition that she won't be able to see them again.
>the hospital will work with an agency to put them up for adoption. Bae doesn't have the kittens anymore
>Their fate is left ambiguous, all the doctors said was that they have a high chance at survival as this problem was detected early, all she can do is hope and pray that they survive while not knowing what will actually happen
>Ame, the mum cat, not having her kittens around anymore, tears her way through Bae's window's screen and escapes
>Luckily, the cat momma comes back every night for food, but she doesn't want to stay, Bae is hoping to find some way to catch her to at least get her spayed
>She eventually accepted the harsh reality of the situation
>Continues living with beastie happily, using her as emotional support
>Suddenly, Beastie starts getting increasingly sick
>Now you remember that one week break Bae had in April under the pretext of being "tired"
>Enter April and Beastie is not seen nor mentioned on stream ever since her week break near the beginning of it
>Brats get very concerned and start theorizing that beastie might've died, Bae's behavior throughout the month was slightly off but she kept streaming and didn't shed light on the situation.

>On May 1st, She revealed that she had to give Beastie up for rehoming in April, three weeks ago
>She realized that her house and environment was not cut out to give Beastie the life she needed, Her family was allergic to cats so she had to keep Beastie in a very small room seperate secluded from the rest of the house
>Room had a very small room for maneuverability and 1 small window from which sunlight barely came
>Beastie was getting increasingly more sick by the day and it was stressing Bae out, She couldn't sleep properly for mutliple nights and was very mentally exhausted
>Remember that Mori collab that Bae missed and anons theorized it was due to hangover? She explained that she missed that collab because she collapsed from exhaustion and stress accumulated from multiple factors such as Beastie stress, not getting enough sleep and the University exams
>Also hurt her back while doing gym in April and she is still recovering from that
>She had to come to the extremely hard decision for her of giving Beastie away to family friends who are very experienced in raising cats, They had two cats who died of old age.
>Ever since, she has been depressed and has been crying for multiple nights because she misses the cat, you might've seen her miss a stream here and there, her energy levels were very weird as well.
>She was waiting for an appropriate time let everything blow over "She wanted to be fine" before she talked about it which was May 1st
>Now she feels better letting it out after a month, she plans to heal overtime and get back into the groove. Ame helped alot with cheering her up which I'm grateful for.
