Correct on both counts. When I started writing in this thread, the /luxnoc/ split didn't exist. At the time of the vote where I acted as /nijiEN/'s rep, I gathered opinions for the vote from /nijiEN/, as /luxnoc/ was only about a day old, had very few posters and was still mostly considered a bait thread made by a schizo with bad intentions. Nowadays /luxnoc/ is firmly established as a split, and despite still using both threads, in future votes I would undeniably be acting as /luxnoc/'s rep rather than /nijiEN/'s.

I will admit Panon made the original Ninisani-2434 treaty without my input. I did not dispute it largely because of the aforementioned HRE setup -- if any of Ninisani's kingdoms were actually attacked, I would not have had any of the kingdoms actually honor the treaty unless it was in their own interests. This is very in-line with the behavior of our Empire's kingdoms as they're written. That being said, when it became clear /luxnoc/ was going to stay rather than dying after a week or two and I essentially transitioned to being their rep instead of /nijiEN/'s, I should have voided the treaty myself. That was my bad.

Panon...have you considered just not posting when you're this angry? I know dealing with antis all the time must be annoying, but it really doesn't look great when your first reaction to legitimate criticism is, more often than not, to start throwing around personal insults.
