Its a pain but with her current build she'll get instagib'd by most of his attacks
The problem is not even the damage she does that is a bit low, its the lack of damage negation
She can also change the build a bit for more survivability.
I don't doubt she'll be able to kill him at 17, but it'll be a struggle

I don't think Ina realizes just how powerful the changes are now. It's hard to tell from the patch notes alone but they completely crashed the difficulty.
