1. Calendar
I agree with making the Split as Year 0. Since this world is always about /vt/. /jp/ is our Antediluvian age of myths. Starting year should be something like a few centuries after split.
2. Chronology
Speed is plot-based. If a story takes place in a week, then a week has passed.
So in order to reduce confusion, each story MUST include a start date. So we know whether it is a 'present day' story or it is something that takes place before starting year.
3. Communications

We must make full use of the FantasyPunk setting.
Reps doesnt have to visit physically. Maybe use telepathic crystal phones, magic based telecommunication, dream messaging
