I think it would be referred to as epenthesis, in this case adding a schwa to the end of words. It's becoming increasingly more common among young women and beginning to develop among very young males as well. I read once that it's basically toddler-like speech persisting into older ages. There's a chance it will just become a feature of English eventually.
