So someone mentioned IRyS' vod views and shit and I wasn't home so I couldn't respond.

IRyS has a few bad habits that would essentially put people off from watching her VODS. The inconsistency, her constantly dropping games making it pointless to watch anything that may be more than 1 or 2 streams, and her repeated topics. The last part isn't even particularly bad, but when it's like that for more than half the stream because her SC readings tend to be about the same topics over and over again, and the SC readings sometimes go 2x longer than the actual gaming portions, then it stops becoming "I'm going to watch this because I care" and turns into a chore.

I watch IRyS here and there, I don't watch her consistently. I would rather watch a clip to see if I missed anything major, she said over scouring through a VOD where 80% of the gameplay portion is her narrating exactly what she's doing, 10% of her fumbling through a part of the game repeatedly, and another 10% of her actually going into zatsu mode. Then you hit the SCs and, as a tourist, you don't want to bother watching it. And when you see pic related it's easier to decide it's just not worth it.

I'm not saying long streams are bad, I'm saying long streams how IRyS handles it are. You have to be a really big fan of hers to give a shit and the average tourist isn't, especially with how she jumps timeslots whenever she feels like it because she has a recording one day or whatever.
