fuwamoco have a lot of japanese fans. some of them just don't donate (like some of their more loyal regular english speaking gachikoi fans) or speak to them in chat but they are there. it's weird how they recognize that there are a lot of ruffians who prefer to be lurkers (i myself being one of them for a good while) while at the same time believing they haven't really done a good job at extending their hand out to the japanese because you don't really see them talk in chat. whenever they say something in japanese on stream, they usually start appearing like flies. they're there but what it sounds like what fuwamoco want is for the chat to be just as much in japanese as it is in english
