She has a short tongue so her most comfortable voice mode is close to this but lower pitched.
BUT, you cannot survive in the real world with a voice like that, especially not in a restrictive country like Japan, so she has a different day to day voice that she developed.
That one's lower and with better diction, but also slower and more forced.
She's used it a few times and it's why her mother said it sounds like she's a baby with no teeth the first time she saw Miko's stream.
Miko's current voice though is an even more baby version of the one she started out with on 2018.
