They know exactly what they're doing. I domt hate the design but the neck even for vtuber standards seems long and the turtleneck exacerbates it. The spring joke hands are kinda eh idk how to feel about them. This one didn't list any of her likes so it's hard to say anything about her but we'll see. Voice sounds kinda familiar in some ways.
