For me it's Gura, I don't hate her or spread rrats. Nothing like that but when I try to watch one of her streams; her voice just infuriates me to no end. She's bratty and annoying like a little girl. I don't understand how people can like that. It's a shame because my oshi likes her so much. Not to mention how lazy she is. God just seeing her pisses me off.

Well, there is evidence that some staff check on talents and try to save them from themselves (see: Korone. I acknowledge that Korone is an extreme case though). It seems like staff only acts if the talent looks like they are about to keel over in person or straight up says it on stream. Even then, it does seem like a break is completely up to the talent as >>7400237 said. And if you consider the insane attitude that the Japanese have towards work, it's not surprising that the talents work themselves halfway to the grave.

After listening to Noel's Shaka Beach, I think she can do great with rap songs. She's already read-singing and it would be adorable as fuck to hear her try to be cool and spit bars.
