Like the other anon said, you basically get better backgrounds the more things you describe. I tend to just list a ton of things that could appear in the setting at the end of my prompt, and then hopefully enough of them will show up to capture the feeling of the setting I wanted. Hires fix can also help with background since boosting the resolution gives more space for the AI to fit details of smaller objects in the background
