Alright because the schizo is too fucking lazy I decided to run a quick test myself. The following is me using two separate accounts on different windows to see if both get counted on a 1view's stream. The result is no, only 1 account/window get's counted towards the CCV so viewership on Youtube at the very least won't count multiple windows, tabs, or accounts on the same device watching a stream.
