However, now one of her songs is up for voting!

Log in with your Mihoyo account.
Pick your HSR region.
Do the "quests" to get expendable votes.
Switch the category to music.
Punch in "@HimemiyaRie" or "32102" (without quotes) and tap "Search".
Vote.
