When you pull a ribbon around a woman with a large chest, it becomes intensely sexually appealing, as the ribbon barely contains the sight of something wonderful, being both soft to the touch, yet taut against the woman's flesh.
When doing the same with a flat chest, you have nothing sexual. You only have the feeling of a ribbon on a box; mechanical and dull.
