This. There's a pretty clear lag between when they decide on graduating and when they actually get to leave; even if someone IS quitting because of the drama, they'll be stuck in the queue for a while.
Plus, a graduation or termination now would destroy all hope of Niji being able to salvage this quarter, so any impending graduations probably won't be announced until the new quarter starts (in May, IIRC).
