>Just a YouTube rant to get this off my chest.

>About 3 weeks ago, YouTube suddenly stopped recommending my videos to audiences (In the first picture, I took a screenshot of several videos' sudden performance drop). And new videos I post are only being shown to a small portion of this channel subscribers, and aren't being shown to non-subscribers at all. I've talked to YouTube support, and according to them, that's just the algorhithm. Not much to be done except hope it changes in my favor again.

>Now just earlier today, YouTube hit me with two warnings: That my videos were 'repetitive content' and 'reused content', so they've taken away the channel's monetization status and other functions. I appealed their decision, but they immediately rejected my appeal.

>So what does all this mean? Not much. I'll still post Korone translations, because it's something that I inherently enjoy doing. Money and views aren't the main reason I started this channel, but it just sucks to lose both a massive chunk of viewers and monetization. (To be fully upfront, I made around 1k USD per month before getting demonetized)

>Though they did have their perks. More views meant more people enjoying these Korone moments, and monetization meant I could spend more on Hololive merch and the occasional food delivery when I'm too tired to cook. But in the end, I'll keep posting Korone translations even if there's only 10 people who enjoy the videos. I just wanted to complain a bit because it felt like YouTube kicked me in the shins twice in quick succession, and god do those shin kicks hurt.
