she did kind of say that to an extent.
basically said that's why she started doing solo streams and just wanting to be the funny pink cat away from vshojo and wanting to be away from drama and alluded to why she wasn't hanging around vshojo right after she left. Nyan is fairly good at dodging bullets, so it makes sense. She's dealt with enough bullshit throughout her internet career it wouldn't surpise me that she's tapped out on dealing with anything anymore.

No, since she's getting the 2win model that was posted after the contest and I think there's one that Rosuuri hasn't started but it's happening.

That part is actually unknown
some seem easier to just slap it into the Nanoless model (the base) and make it an outfit, but others don't, like this one >>44943580 where she wants Kamo back
So it's all in the air for now, but I think that these models/outfits are extra to what Mouse has planned before with epebe or if they need a new costume for something like Halloween and Christmas, that's why she went all around searching for special ocassions.
