How come the tech behind VTubers is rarely talked about?
Ofc we all know Hololive and Nijisanji use private apps, and VTubers like Roboco and Botan have shown and talked about their setups. But at the same time, I see independents getting new face tracking technology and most of the questions of "what are you using" are being drowned out by "omg so cute!!!11!" and "queen ;)". Like how are smaller indies supposed to grow if they have no idea what bigger indies are using, especially since its probably public? I really feel that alot of smaller indies are being held back by this lack of knowledge, so why is it rarely talked about?
