Anyway they explicitly said that the focus of their organization is to "address disparities", aka "racial justice".

-- For the most part, the charity is a lobbying and political influence organization that seeks to change national-level policy in Washington DC, but they also have affiliate organizations throughout the states pressuring to change state-level policy as well
-- The ceo is a far-left radical nutcase who is obsessed with racial justice, and has twisted the entire organization towards the service of explicitly non-white people and transgender/gay people
