As far as I'm aware, Tsunderia also actually sponsors hardware for streaming, so it's not impossible that Ria also basically got a free rig and ran with it. If the rrat antis from the Tsunderia thread are to be believed she basically took advantage of them entirely.
Though, Tsunderia itself is also fucked in a lot of ways; it isn't rich like Prism or Phase, so they don't have all the resources they'd like to and it often feels like the ship could go down any moment. They kind of require you to do a lot of your own legwork, and Ria supposedly didn't.
