Did you guys know that there's only a single tea plant in existence? You might think that all the different kinds of teas come from different kinds of leaves, but that's not true! There is only one kind of tea leaf and every style of tea in the world is just different processing steps. For example, white, green, oolong, and black tea is just a matter of infreasing roast time after the leaves are dried. Chamomile is an herb and you make chamomile tea by mixing the dried herb with the tea leaves. But all the leaves come from the same species of plant. Isn't that cool?
