So, idk how I only figured this out just now but K4Sen is pretty big in the Japanese LoL community.
Apparently he's doing something for official Riot that also has Kuzuha and Uruca as vtuber representatives. I also recognize Shaka and TH Evi from the poster.

Well, explains the LoL spams recently I guess.
