Also to be genuine on running out of things to say--
Don't worry about viewer count, lurkers are just as important and most viewers do not want to talk/are not interesting conversation as is
Try to play games that keep you interested, it's fine to be silent for a couple minutes when you're two hours in to a stream but the thing you're streaming should either be interesting to have on or keep you interested enough that you want to talk about it
