So I put together some sample data. It seems like whatever is causing the CCV issue isn't directly tied to around Christmas time but may in fact be a compounding effect for Holo. Curiously, I threw up some recent Niji numbers and found the opposite effect seems to be going on there, although for NJU the numbers are obviously complicated by the fact that they are 3 hours long each and in different parts of the day (compared to the roughly 1 hour of 3Ds which coincidentally are all usually around the same time of prime time) which will reduce the View to CCV ratio accordingly. This seems to indicate that for whatever reason, Holo viewers seem to be flagged against CCVs while Niji doesn't seem to be as badly affected for their major events. The key takeaway is that Towa got completely screwed, at the rate her Anniversary is shaping up it's likely to be closer to something on the levels of Shion's Birthday of ~88k. I realize the data isn't perfectly exact/accurate but I was using playboard/socialblade data for consistency where I could.
