Looking at Globie and V4mirai it seems well run with a lot of support from VSPO's parent group, Brave Company (or maybe they own the company that owns VSPO I forget). V4mirai is only 6 months old, 4 out of 6 of the girls debuted last month but they already have 3D for all of them. For selen in niji where it's been 2.5 years and still no 3D, getting in VSPO EN would at least make her a daisenpai and probably immediately have 3D.
