Nepotism is bad because it denies opportunities to those who don't have the benefits of rich parents or friends within the company but would easily be superior in a true meritocratic system.
To be clear I don't think Nijisanji is engaging in nepotism since they're not denying opportunities. They've made it somewhat clear with Obsydia that if they see good talents in the auditions they'll pick them up even if it means saving them for the next wave.
