Made lots of friends in the community, hooked up with a few girls, learned how to get my oshi's attention and vibe with them, grew emotionally, socially and personally as well.

Vtubers have been a crutch in my life to help develop several social and communication skills later on in life also the entire premise of male on stream = cuckoldry was so retarded I had to haul my ass outside the house and get a gf or a FWB just so I wouldn't stagnate in my life and to prove myself I can do better than fall in love with a streamer. I don't even watch Ame but her "improve yourself" comment is the most sincere and caring piece of advice I've seen a vtuber give her fans and it is a tremendous shame it fell on deaf ears.

As a latecomer to the vtuber "trend" it has been a fun ride so far. To me the stand outs are the music, the sense of community, the interactions in collabs and the personal connections you can make with a vtuber, the medium is well suited for moment to moment engagement and that is it's key strength and component, making my oshi laugh at something I found funny is always a blast.

With what you've read in my post previously you'd clearly see I'm very biased towards nijisanji which is correct I am a fan of the approach of creating your niche community of fans and connecting to the bigger communities of more popular streamers under the company umbrella, where many streamers have a very different approach to their communities or their way of delivering their streams that come from their personalities and real life experiences. It makes them seem much more genuine and sincere.
Hololive's M.O. is prime for success for a larger, broader audience and this popularity brings life and traffic to vtubing itself.
I have no clue about vshojo's approach but I did like Nyanner's seiso song.

That's all I got for now, oh and people who obsess over numbers or tribalfaggotry are the marvel funko pop sÓylent drinkers of the vtuber world.
