Been watching Migo for a while as she's my oshi and no, she hasn't been like this with anyone else, not even Ame and Chammers. Idk if this make sense but Miko usually goes on to describe most of the girls she lusts after in a superficial way, even Sora to an extent but you can still feel the admiration there. With Suichan, it's pure, unfiltered respect, awe and genuine admiration when she's describing her or detailing stories about her. She gushes about Suichan's skills, about her little quirks, and it's like she's amazed by every little thing Suisei does. A good comparison is how effortlessly poetic this retarded baby can get when describing Suichan. This was from the post Holofes day 1 talk that I TL'd recently where she was talking about Sui's performance of Stellar Stellar:
