There's so many factors in play that contribute to a chuubas numbers. I won't deny that there probably other people who share your sentiment, but unless you have any evidence that this one specific aspect makes any notable impact on numbers then it's just a theory at best.

Mio's also pretty young but just one of her shorts being recommended boosted her growth by a shit ton in such a short time. Shiki's networking and the algorithm picking her up early on also had a big impact. Honestly can't see something like streamer boundaries being even remotely close to influential on numbers compared to those.
