Let's go boys

Hello everyone, I wanted to make a quick announcement regarding two pieces of divegrass related news.

Firstly, /vt/ will play its first and second match this weekend for the 2021 4chan Autumn Babby Cup, happening this Friday at 5:40 PM EST against /r9k/ and this Sunday at 5:00 PM EST against /tv/. The main team has a few new players, such as Smol Ame and Towa after a large buffet trip. I hope many of you come and support the main team.

Secondly, I signed up /hlgg/ for Divegrass Before Christmas 3, an invitational occurring at the start of December that all teams are free to join. So far, /hfz/ and /yubicraft/ are the only other /vt/ teams signed up to join. In terms of Aesthetics, most of the players already on the team will stay, especially bench players that were not used due to my retardation in exporting tactics in the /vt/ league. I will be adjusting a few of the players that aren’t universally liked, but expect roster polls around the time of the next /vt/ league, which might occur around the start of next year.

Welp here we are again. While today may be a pointless day in terms of advancing in the tournament, we have /hlgg/ divegrass again. Today we face /nepolabo/, a team that is equal to us in jobbing in this league. The question to be answered, will the team that cannot score beat the team the cannot defend? After last weeks match, Ame had a bit of a "Gamer moment" in the locker room after receiving her yellow card. In a fit of rage Ame started to inject copious amounts of Watson Concoction (Legal in cup btw). Unfortunately for her, the Concoction had a strange effect on her body. We don't know how to change her back so, we just have to roll with it. I heard rumors that a certain sea creature suffered the same fate, so if you are interested to see them in action come watch today's game.
