Ultimately truly bad people do not spend the day spamming the thread, they are out there trying to groom or gaslight vtubers, or sabotaging their competition in case of female sociopath.
A schizo is basically a parrot: he will repeat ad infinite the same two lines or so, as you can see now. When someone fucks up, they make sure no one ever forgets it. their followers would very likely want to bury the bad shit under the rug but schizos make sure they are always reminded of it

As a local example.... lets take the Yuko situation. I for example would be tempted to believe she did the boobros wrong if I were one of them, but since I am not insane I would maybe mention it once and be done with it. A schizo however will post the same things forever about her because they know it makes the one who still choose to support her suffer, and thats what they are after, making people suffer.
This also acts as a deterrent for other vtubers in idol, and even here, not to do the same things she did, and it serves as a warning to newcomers to avoid her. Without the schizo timelooping, the remaining boos would pretend it is a "nothing burger" and woulkd move on,; this is the "hugbox" effect and its what happens in discords.
/wvt/ vtubers were the best behaved vtubers in the world, any fight they ever had with each other always remained private, because they knew going public was mutually assured destruction. In fact the first time I seen a local chuuba mud fight was the recent events with sigrid and coqui, and they never went public, they were found out.
Early /wvt/ was many things, but it didnt had a single tweetlong in its entire run, due to fear of schizos.

Outside these walls, on the other hand, there is a tweetlong every week. This should be considered carefully. In this board, schizos are not the enemy per se, they are part of the ecosystem, and they can be put to use to punish the evil doers.
Drop a few lines clever lines and they will repeat them forever, like a broken recorder. The anti male spammer doesnt know it but he is just repeating the same lines mikoposters of old said ironically, and over all it is not that bad of a thing: /asp/ vtubers in my experience are remarkably well behaved compared to the ones outside this site because they are really scared of being told they are only doing it because of the girls. In twitter however they see nothing wrong with it that, and actual gaslighters run scot free because there is no accountability.
