I dont get this mindset, her personality is really no different from when she was a holo.
The fleshstreaming is pretty lame but if you enjoyed her content in Holo which from the start was vastly different to traditional idol stuff if that's what you're griping about then you are still getting the same exact stuff here, more or less.
